Beastly Review: Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot
Greetings gamers and welcome back to a new day for a review. We are here with our review of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot which is out now for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Luckily I have a full video review for you to check out and I will touch base on some extra details.
The Z Fighters Rise:
There were a few details that I didn’t dive into which is mostly the side missions. You can have vehicles that were a fun part of Dragon Ball Z. The scene where Goku and Piccolo are forced to go get their driver’s license and end of racing one another. You can improve the vehicles for further races throughout the map. There are two different vehicles to upgrade and you will gather materials to upgrade them through searching caves and areas. This answered a lot of questions on how these characters maintain their funds to finance their way of living.
The journey continues even after the game is over as you will have the DLC to play the Ginyu Force, 6th member. This game goes beyond what you are expecting. Grinding to level up your fighters while playing through the story will not Max you out which is sad. I was expecting to draw out the main story while doing a lot of side missions, but that wasn’t the case which is sad. Usually, most RPG’s will have enough side content for you to do before the end game.
This is not all that bad since there is only one ending to worry about. You do not have to worry about multiple endings even though some wished there was a what-if ending for those to have fun with. It all goes full circle and I like it as an anime video game. Bandai Namco Entertainment and Cyberconnect 2 did a great team-up. I definitely recommend checking this out fully as said in my video.
End Result: BUY IT!
